FlexTRACK

FlexTRACK (or the operations dashboard) provides a real-time graphical portal for tracking the progress of workflows, automated jobs, and integrated 3rd party systems. You can access it

Header functions

  1. Create new workflow
  2. Export to CSV
  3. Refresh
  4. Reset Filters
  5. Hide Filters

Tracking Workflow progress

  1. In the Workflow tab you can set the following filters to search for a specific workflow:
  • ID
  • Definition
  • Status
  • Priority
  • Workspace
  • Owner
  • Asset
  • Started in last
  • Ended in last
  • Deleted
  1. At a glance, you can see the ID, Name, Status, Priority, Start, End, Duration, Asset, Owner of each workflow. You can click on the categories to sort them in alphabetical, numerical, or chronological order.
  2. Click on a workflow to open a right panel that gives you more information about the selected workflow, such as the current step and the details of associated media.
  3. You can also click View Workflow to see a a full real-time graphical view of the workflow. Green steps are complete, blue are currently in progress.
  4. To see information about a particular workflow step, then this can be displayed along with a detailed event history, including the duration of each job, waiting times for human actions, as well as overall time taken for a workflow to complete.

Monitoring Jobs

  1. In the Jobs tab, you can set the following filters to search for specific jobs:
  • Status
  • Priority
  • Workspace
  • Owner
  • Asset
  • Started in last
  • Ended in Last
  • Deleted
  1. At a glance, you can see the ID, Name, Status, Priority, Start, End, Duration, Asset, Owner for each job. You can click on the categories to sort them in alphabetical, numerical, or chronological order.
  2. Click on a job to view more details, its history, the related media asset, and related workflow.
  3. You can also click View Workflow to see a a full real-time graphical view of the related workflow. Green steps are complete, blue are currently in progress.

Viewing Resources

In the Resources tab, you can set the following filters to search for specific resources:

  • Name
  • Type
  • Status
  • Enabled
  • Deleted
  • Owner
  1. At a glance, you can see the ID, Name, Type, Status, Polling Interval, Enabled, and Owner of each resource. You can click on the categories to sort them in alphabetical, numerical, or chronological order.
  2. Click on a resource to see more details related to it, as well as its history.

Viewing Asset details

  1. In the Assets tab, you can set the following filters to search for specific assets:

    • ID
    • Type
    • Variant
    • Workspace
    • Owner
    • Asset Origin
    • Created in last
    • Updated in last
    • Deleted
  2. At a glance, you can see the ID, Type, Title, Variant, Duration, Size, Created, Modified, Owner, Workspace of each asset. You can click on the categories to sort them in alphabetical, numerical, or chronological order.

  3. Click on an asset to view more details related to it, as well as its technical details and metadata.
