FLX_BACKEND_RDS_001 Alert

Description

A critical Alert is raised when the free disk space on the RDS is less than 200 Mbytes

Severity

This alert is flagged as Warning.

Customer Impact

With this alert, the environment is at risk of filling up the entire disk space in RDS.

If the disk space gets 100% used in RDS, Flex won't be able to further do any write on RDS, causing an outage.

A critical alert will also be triggered if the free space left is less than 50 Mbytes.

Operational Remediation Process

Log in to the AWS console to see the current disk usage on RDS.

The immediate fix for this issue is to expand the disk space on RDS.
