Dalet Control Tower
Dalet Control Tower is a global product observability platform, used by Dalet support teams to provide faster and more efficient time-to-resolve abilities.
It stands as centralized SaaS Internet-exposed logs and metrics collecting engine. Whenever possible, customers are advised to enable shipping of collected system information.
Once enabled, all relevant troubleshooting information is already available to Dalet support teams (with a 90d retention period), allowing for improved support experience. This prevents you from the hassle of providing Dalet support engineers with remote access (which can delay course of operations, especially when time matters during incident) and or having to collect and ship logs or try to reproduce any kind of problem.
Dalet Control Tower’s customer data are:
- Hosted in France(EU) in EU Cloud Vendor premises.
- Not affiliated to GAFAM or US Cloud Provider, i.e. not subject to US Cloud Act or US Patriot Act.
- Logically isolated/containerized (data sharding) through customer’s dedicated token identifier.
- Allowing for data retrieval or removal in case of customer’s churn or implicit request (GDPR).
- Split into multiple file chunks, spread across multiple disks, in multiple datacenter locations, 3x replicated.
- Preventing any kind of data loss or compromission.
- Encrypted at rest through AES256.
