Slack Backend

Slack alerts can be enabled by simply turning the following flag on:

dalet_flex_metrics_alerting_slack_enabled: true

Define the Slack incoming webhooks API URL and channel to send alerts to (the # prefix is optional).

dalet_flex_metrics_alerting_slack_api_url: "https://hooks.slack.com/services/T00000000/B00000000/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"
dalet_flex_metrics_alerting_slack_channel: "acme-ops"

Last but not least, select the alerts severity threshold to trigger email notifications.

Eligible severity levels are: critical, error, warning and info (in decreasing severity order).

Multiple severity levels can comnbined through a pipe.

dalet_flex_metrics_alerting_slack_severity: "critical|error|warning"

Once set, don't forget to update the monitoring server instance:

$ opsctl deploy -p dalet.flex.monitoring_server
